RFID Microchip Card

RFID Microchip Implant

The United Nations - Your Identity and RFID

Your Identity and RFID - The System that is being prepared for You...

As we focus on defeating the Real ID act (extended from December 31, 2009 till May 10, 2011) the spider web is being built around us. The Government of the United States of America has every intension of numbering it's citizens. Aside from the Real ID act as your driver's license (which the states overwhelmingly rejected) they tried the PASS Act (which is the same as the Real ID they just changed the wording) and when the PASS act stalled they moved to the next contingency plan - Obama's Health care bill...
As a backup "without apologies" they have also blatantly added a National ID "Social Security RFID Card" to the new Immigration bill and they have embedded the identification of it's citizen so deeply in the bill that it is priority number one... Number All Workers and force all employers to verify that all employees are compliant. They have by-passed the citizens of our nation - without a vote of the American people they set laws in place to number you and your family with a RFID chip containing various biometric identifiers.
Wal-Mart has now announced that it is expanding its use of RFID technology from pallets to all individual items on the shelf. Beginning September 2010 they will begin "chipping" the clothing section of their stores. Once they have successfully implemented RFID on all their garments - radio-frequency ID tags will be rolled out on the other products at Wal-Mart's more than 3,750 U.S. stores...
Not only is the media promoting RFID and praising the ones "Brave" enough to implement it but they are wasting no time downplaying and scoffing at the tin-foil-hat crowd who will stand against it. You know the one's - the RFID-haters of the tin-hat brigade who spew out alarmist paranoia and anti-business fantasies. These "privacy activists" with their fantasies of surveillance and privacy invasion (Not my words but theirs). The link is here...
For those who might not understand what this all means - when the RFID system is fully implemented there will no longer be a need for cashiers or money because everything will have RFID chips in or on them including you if you accept it... In this cashless system in order to purchase anything you will need to carry a RFID card (or worse) - all items will have RFID tags.
You will walk into a store and the readers will ID you (databased from previous visits) and display advertisements on the overhead closed circuit television system customized just for you and as you place the items in your cart sensors will detect that the item was removed from the shelf. All RFID's will be documented and traced in real time and as you walk out the door the door readers will total up your items and instantly debit the total from your bank account... You can watch a IBM commercial explaining the process in real time here...
Will you be a part of the scoffed at and ridiculed tin-foil-hat crowd who rejects it? My friend the time of RFID is reaching maturity and the day of truth has come. Can this be stopped? No, it can't... Regardless of our personal choices it will continue. Will there be a price to pay for rejecting it - Yes, in many ways as it will be very clear - very soon when you walk into your local Wal-Mart.
RFID is coming at us from all sides now. From the RFID Social Security card (National ID) of the immigration bill to the National Healthcare (RFID controlled) system to now purchasing your food and commodities at your local Wal-Mart... The spider web control system is aggressively being set in place and your local bank will be at the very center (the swivel point if you will) of there control... Cashless money or God - which will you choose? The time to make your choice is very near.
Once established and made Law any kind of government program will be fair game... ALL Social Security and Disability funding, Welfare, Unemployment, Food Stamps, Medicare, Retirement, Passports, Banking, etc. The National ID card aka Social Security RFID card will be used for many things and not just for your identification. You will use it to travel, receive government subsidies, operate a motor vehicle, pay your bills and taxes, buy your groceries, and do your various banking transactions..

The most dangerous one in my eyes is the National health care system that has been introduced and passed by President Obama. All American citizens will be required (By Law) to purchase health care insurance (RFID card) from the government where by closing in on the rest of the US populous. Combined with the Social Security RFID card for workers there will be very little room for escape from the system... Once most of the American Population is in the database it will be easier to single out the ones who refuse to be included.
Refuse to join and you will be breaking many laws and dealt with accordingly according to the laws of the land. In the same way the United Nations is dealing with non-compliant (rogue) nations now - you will be economicly sanctioned only it will be on a personal level. Don't comply with the system and you won't buy or sell or function as a normal citizen in their society.
Also, let me remind you that the Real ID act is still law and although it has been rejected on the state level it is still binding on the Federal level. It can and will be used in the future to work the ID system into place. The government isn't concerned about which ID system is established just as long as one of them becomes the Law of the land. Once established they will be able to use any one of them to accomplish their goals and agendas - Global Socialism in America...

Many states are still risk of noncompliance with Real ID law

BY CHRIS STROHM, CONGRESSDAILY 12/02/2009

More than half a dozen states will not be in compliance with a federal driver's license law by the end of the month, meaning lawmakers and the Homeland Security Department will have to find a stopgap solution to help them avoid penalties.

States were required by Tuesday to request a waiver from the Homeland Security Department in order to be considered in compliance with the Real ID law, which set strict standards for driver's licenses and identification cards.

The Real ID material compliance deadline, which required states to meet 18 interim benchmarks that support the regulation. The criteria's include improvements in driver's license and ID card physical security (RFID), authentication of source identity documents and protections of applicant's biographical data.

The May 10, 2011, deadline for full compliance remains in effect, Chandler said, adding that "Congress must act to address systemic problems with the Real ID Act to advance our security interests over the long term."

"Should Congress not act before it adjourns this year, DHS has planned for contingencies related to REAL ID implementation, including extending the deadline as a last resort," he added. "This is a temporary approach that does not advance our security interests over the long-term, and DHS continues to urge Congress to enact a permanent solution to fulfill this key 9/11 Commission recommendation."

As of November 25, 2009 Fifteen states have approved legislation that specifically opposes compliance with the law, according to the American Civil Liberties Union. New Mexico isn't one of those 15 states. New Mexico citizens may need to carry passports (RFID) in 2010... The state has applied for an extension to meet compliance by no later than May, 11, 2011. It also should be noted that 36 other states are in the same boat as New Mexico.

David Quam, NGA's director of federal relations, said state officials are ramping up their push to get their congressional delegations to back PASS ID.

Rather it be the Real ID or Pass act - they are just the main line issue that is confronting Americans. The bottom line is that those who are in power intend to number you and everything else on earth and they will do it with RFID technology. The basic RFID microchip tag has a simple 16-digit number that connects the holder or item to a database. Although they do have very sophisticated microchips that can track and control your finances the real power is in the database. They will start by getting everyone in that database.

This is a world wide system with 186 out of the 192 nations of the world setup for the ID system (2010). The remaining 6 nations will be easily manipulated. As Americans our constitutional rights and civil liberties (life - liberty - and the pursuit of happiness) will soon be gone.
Although it is being placed upon us without a vote the plan is to get as many American's to sign up voluntary - then once your in the database the future belongs to the controllers of the database free to make changes as they deem necessary to accomplish their objectives at that time...

What ever happens do not join this database nor take the RFID microchip in any form because it is not of God.

REAL ID ACT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

What's all the fuss with the Real ID Act about?

President Bush signed an $82 billion military spending bill in 2005 that, in part, created electronically readable, federally approved ID cards for all Americans. The House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved the package--which includes the Real ID Act.

What does that mean for me?

It Started in May of 2008, if you live or work in the United States, you'll need a federally approved ID card to travel on an airplane, train, open a bank account, collect Social Security payments, or take advantage of nearly any government service. Practically speaking, your driver's license likely will have to be reissued to meet federal standards.

The Real ID Act handed the Department of Homeland Security the power to set these standards and determine whether state drivers' licenses and other ID cards pass muster. Only ID cards approved by Homeland Security can be accepted "for any official purpose" by the feds.

How will I get one of these new ID cards?

Depending on your state you'll get one through your state motor vehicle agency, and it will take the place of your drivers' license. But the identification process will be more rigorous.

For instance, you'll need to bring a "photo identity document," document your birth date and address, and show that your Social Security number is what you had claimed it to be. U.S. citizens will have to prove that status, and foreigners will have to show a valid visa.

State DMVs will have to verify that these identity documents are legitimate, digitize them and store them permanently. In addition, Social Security numbers must be verified with the Social Security Administration.

What's going to be stored on this ID card?

At a minimum: name, birth date, sex, ID number, a digital photograph, address, and a "common machine-readable technology" that Homeland Security will decide on. The card must also sport "physical security features designed to prevent tampering, counterfeiting, or duplication of the document for fraudulent purposes."

Homeland Security is permitted to add additional requirements as needed--such as a fingerprint or retinal scan--on top of those. We won't know for a while what these additional requirements will be.

Why did these ID requirements get attached to an "emergency" military spending bill?
Because it's difficult for politicians to vote against money that will go to the troops in Iraq and tsunami relief. The funds cover ammunition, weapons, tracked combat vehicles, aircraft, troop housing, death benefits, and so on. The House already approved a standalone version of the Real ID.

The Real ID Act says federally accepted ID cards must be "machine readable," and lets Homeland Security determine the details. That will being a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip.

In the past, Homeland Security has indicated it likes the concept of RFID chips. The State Department is already going to be embedding RFID devices in passports, and Homeland Security wants to issue RFID-outfitted IDs to foreign visitors who enter the country at the Mexican and Canadian borders. The agency plans to start a yearlong test of the technology in July at checkpoints in Arizona, New York and Washington state.

Will state DMVs share this information?

Yes. In exchange for federal cash, states must agree to link up their databases. Specifically, the Real ID Act says it hopes to "provide electronic access by a state to information contained in the motor vehicle databases of all other states." The House of Representatives approved the package by a vote of 368-58. Only three of the "nay" votes were Republicans; the rest were Democrats.White House spokesman Scott McClellan has told reporters "the president supports" the standalone Real ID Act, and the Bush administration has come out with an official endorsement. As far back as July 2002, the Bush administration was talking about assisting.

Who were the three Republicans who voted against it?

Reps. Howard Coble of North Carolina, John Duncan of Tennessee, and Ron Paul of Texas.

Paul has warned that the Real ID Act "establishes a national ID card" and "gives authority to the Secretary of Homeland Security to unilaterally add requirements as he sees fit."

Is this a national ID card?

It depends on whom you ask. Barry Steinhardt, director of the American Civil Liberties Union's technology and liberty program, says: "It's going to result in everyone, from the 7-Eleven store to the bank and airlines, demanding to see the ID card. They're going to scan it in. They're going to have all the data on it from the front of the card...It's going to be not just a national ID card but a national database."

At the moment, state driver's licenses aren't easy for bars, banks, airlines and so on to swipe through card readers because they're not uniform; some may have barcodes but no magnetic stripes, for instance, and some may lack both. Steinhardt predicts the federalized IDs will be a gold mine for government agencies and marketers. Also, he notes that the Supreme Court ruled last year that police can demand to see ID from law-abiding U.S. citizens.

Will it be challenged in court?

Yes. To day 25 states have rejected it in one form or another. One legal argument that challenges any requirement for a photograph on the ID card is a violation of religious freedom. A second argues that the legislation imposes costs on states without properly reimbursing them.

When does it take effect?

The Real ID Act took effect "three years after the date of it's enactment" of the legislation. So its effective date was May 2008. It has had 2 extensions and the government pushed the states to be compliant. The first was December 31, 2009 and when that failed the government extended it till May 1, 2011. Knowing that it is all but dead the government has moved on to their next contingency plan - Obama's National Health Care plan along with the Immigration bill and RFID Social Security card.

SO WHAT CAN I DO?

Make the commitment today that you will not accept the RFID ID (National ID - Health-care - Social Security) Cards, I know most of you are saying "What else can we do - We have to Eat"  Well, Do you? Do your really want to be fed by these same people who are herding you into their corral? It brings to mind a very famous quote: "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death" Do you know who said it? His name was Patrick Henry in 1775... Hard Choices are in your future if you do choose to reject this AntiChrist system being forced upon you and your family.

There very well may be man made crises that is set to accelerate the need to unite and surrender our rights, privacy, freedoms, and properties for so-called "peace and security." Circumstances are far beyond what most people are aware of in the race toward a One World Government.

Identity cards will impose a disproportionate burden upon citizens while empowering the executive, which is contrary to the maxim: "the government that governs best, governs least". Some have pointed out that extensive lobbying for identity cards has been undertaken, in countries without compulsory identity cards, by IT companies who will be likely to reap rich benefits in the event of an identity card scheme being implemented.
Cards could be used to track any one's movements and private life, thus endangering privacy. The proposed British ID card will involve a series of linked databases, to be managed by the private sector. Managing disparate linked systems using a range of institutions and any number of personnel is alleged to be a security disaster in the making.[1]
A requirement to carry an identity card at all times can lead to the inconvenience of arbitrary requests from card controllers (such as the police). This can lead to functionality creep whereby carrying a card becomes de facto if not de jure compulsory, as in the case of Social Security numbers, which are now widely used as ID.
Government claims that identity cards will prevent terrorism may not be based in fact. The former UK Home Secretary Charles Clarke conceded that identity cards may only be useful in the identification of bodies in the aftermath of a terrorist attack. Critics rely on the facts that the terrorists involved in 9/11 and the London tube attacks did have and would have had identity cards, respectively. As a strong presumption of identity is given in favour of a card holder, the identity card scheme might be an asset to potential terrorists.
Historically, totalitarian governments which issued identity cards to citizens used them oppressively. For example, Nazis made use of unique biometric identities by tattooing identification numbers on the arms of Final Solution concentration-camp detainees.
More recently, the apartheid-era government of South Africa used pass books as internal passports to oppress that country's black population. In many cases, other forms of documentation such as a driver's license, passport, or Medicare card serve a similar function, and thus an ID card is not needed.
Without the National ID Card you will not be able to go into a Federal building, get on a plane or train, open a bank account, and since it is taking the place of your drivers license you won't be able to legally drive a motor vehicle in the United States of America. Your employer will have to (by Federal law) prove that you are a US citizen by photo copying your Real ID card and have it on file as proof of your identity. Of course that is just the beginning to get you started. Don't think for one second that it will stop there.
Homeland Security is permitted to add additional requirements as needed. Of course we don't know what those additional requirements will be. Yea right... It reminds me of the frog slowly being warmed up in the pot of water. Can you feel the water getting hot America? What are you going to do about it?

Revelation 13:16-17 says when the antichrist is revealed he will force all small and great rich and poor, free and bond to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their forehead, so that no man might buy or sell except the one who has the mark: Either the name of the antichrist or the number of his name.

Do not take this RFID microchip in any form of card or implant to join this database system because it is not of God...
